What’s On Offer For You An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join the 4PL team as a Customer Administrator. This is a full-time permanent role based onsite in Penrose, Monday-Friday and standard office hours. Reporting into Customer Service & Administration Manager 4PL, this role will support the operational team with vendor and customer administrative functions.

About The Role
A typical day in the role includes:
Providing service with a smile, managing ‘on the day’ related transport service exceptions with great communication to customers, vendors, and internal schedulers.
Working collaboratively with other Customer Administrator’s to assign and execute daily, weekly, and monthly administrative tasks.
Record, report and process information accurately for visibility to both internal and external stakeholders.
Handling trips within our transport management system to ensure smooth invoicing and payment from customers and supplier.
Investigate and respond to email and phone enquiries.
Using your ‘genius’, identify process gaps and suggest or implement improvements that benefit the team, customer, or vendors.
Desired Skills and Experience
What We Are Looking For:
Minimum 2 years' logistics experience in the FMCG or freight industry (road transport and shipping)
Exceptional customer service skills and experience in a customer services role
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint)
Knowledge and understanding of Transport Management System (TMS) and Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels, with strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
